These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the rules for using aisvgstudio.com and the websites, apps, tools, APIs and other services we provide through it (together, the "Services"). Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
AI SVG Studio is operated by AMNT.IO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17464706, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean AMNT.IO LTD, and "you" means the person using the Services, or the organisation on whose behalf they use them. We operate several websites. One account may work across them, and these Terms apply wherever you use it.
2. Who can use the Services
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use the Services. If you use them on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organisation.
3. Your account
When you create an account, you agree to:
- give accurate information and keep it up to date;
- keep your sign-in details secure and not share them with anyone;
- take responsibility for all activity under your account;
- tell us straight away at support@amnt.io if you think someone has used your account without permission.
We may refuse to open an account, or ask you to verify information, where we reasonably need to.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- break any law or regulation, or help anyone else to do so;
- infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of anyone else;
- upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, obscene or sexually exploitative, including any content involving minors;
- mislead people, including by impersonating any person or organisation or misrepresenting your connection to them;
- send spam or other unsolicited promotions;
- upload viruses or other malicious code, or try to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other accounts or our systems;
- interfere with, overload or disrupt the Services, or get around any limits, security features or payment requirements;
- copy, scrape or access the Services by automated means, except through the interfaces we provide for that purpose;
- reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Services, except where the law allows it.
We may investigate suspected breaches and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content and suspending or closing accounts.
5. Your content
"Your content" means anything you upload, submit, create or generate using the Services, including text, prompts, images and files. You keep ownership of your content.
You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, adapt (for example, to resize or reformat it), display and share your content, but only as needed to operate, provide, secure and improve the Services. If you publish content on the Services, this licence also lets us show it publicly in the way you chose. The licence ends when your content is deleted from the Services, except for copies we must keep by law, backups deleted in the normal course, and content others have already received.
You are responsible for your content. You confirm that you have all the rights needed to use it with the Services, and that it does not break these Terms or the law. We do not have to monitor content, but we may remove or restrict any content that we reasonably believe breaks these Terms or the law.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely and without any obligation to you.
6. Automated and AI features
Some Services use automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to produce content ("output"). Output is generated automatically. It may be inaccurate or incomplete, and it may be similar to output produced for other people. Please review output before you rely on it or publish it.
As between you and us, and to the extent the law allows, you own the output you generate, and section 5 applies to it as your content. You are responsible for how you use it.
7. Our intellectual property
The Services, including their software, design, text, graphics, logos and trade marks, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose.
You may not use our name, logos or trade marks without our written permission. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of our intellectual property to you.
8. Fees and payment
- Prices. Some Services are free and some are paid. The price, and what each purchase or plan includes, is shown before you pay.
- Payment. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You authorise us and them to charge your chosen payment method for the amounts you agree to, including any applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions. Unless we tell you otherwise when you subscribe, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then.
- Balances and credits. Unless we say otherwise when you buy them, prepaid balances and credits can only be used on our Services, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- Price changes. We may change our prices. Changes never affect anything you have already paid for. If a change affects your subscription, we will tell you in advance and it will apply from your next billing period, so you can cancel before then.
- Refunds. Except where the law requires or we say otherwise, payments are non-refundable. If we charge you by mistake, or a paid Service fails because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will put it right.
Your right to cancel. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content or services. When you ask us to provide digital content or a service straight away, you agree that you lose this right once the digital content has been supplied, and that you will pay for any service provided before you cancel.
9. Third-party services, wallets and digital assets
The Services may link to, or work with, services we do not own or control, such as payment providers, sign-in providers, marketplaces, digital wallets and blockchain networks. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Where a Service lets you connect a digital wallet or use a blockchain network, you alone control your wallet and its keys. We will never ask for your private key or recovery phrase. Blockchain transactions are public and usually cannot be reversed, and network fees are set by the network, not by us. Digital assets can be volatile and may lose all of their value.
Nothing on the Services is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
10. Changes to the Services
We are always improving the Services, so we may add, change or remove features, or suspend or stop a Service. If a change significantly reduces a paid Service you have already paid for, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can, and you may cancel and get a refund of any prepaid amount for the part you have not received.
We work to keep the Services available, but we do not promise that they will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.
11. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Services at any time, and you can ask us to close your account.
We may suspend or close your account, or limit your access to the Services, if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if the law requires us to, or if your use creates a risk for us, other users or anyone else. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. If we close your account for a reason other than your breach of these Terms, we will refund any prepaid amount for paid Services you have not received.
Any part of these Terms that by its nature should continue after they end, including the sections on content, intellectual property, liability and disputes, will continue to apply.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", and we make no promises about them other than those set out in these Terms.
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to digital content and services that are faulty, not as described, or not provided with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights. Citizens Advice can tell you more about them.
13. Our liability to you
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
If you are a consumer: we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We provide the Services for domestic and private use, so we are not liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity. If digital content we supply damages a device or digital content that belongs to you, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation, unless the damage was caused by your failure to follow our instructions or to install free updates we recommended.
If you are a business: we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data. Our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Services and these Terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and £100.
14. Indemnity
If you use the Services for business purposes, you agree to compensate us for any claims, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or from your content, except to the extent they were caused by us.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Services or the law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change is significant, we will give you reasonable notice before it takes effect, for example by email or a notice on the Services.
If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, the updated Terms will apply to you. If you do not agree to them, you should stop using the Services, and you may close your account.
16. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms we show you for a particular Service form the whole agreement between you and us about the Services.
- Transfer. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. We will tell you if this happens and make sure it does not reduce your rights. You may not transfer yours without our written consent.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- Severability. If a court decides that part of these Terms is invalid, the rest stays in force.
- Third parties. No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms.
- Events outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of that country. If you live elsewhere, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. If you are a business, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Before starting a legal claim, please contact us so that we can try to resolve the issue informally.
