This Privacy Policy explains how AMNT.IO LTD collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use aisvgstudio.com and the related websites, apps and services we provide (the "Services"). It also explains the choices and rights you have.

1. Who we are

AI SVG Studio is operated by AMNT.IO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17464706, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

AMNT.IO LTD is the controller of your personal information under UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean AMNT.IO LTD. We operate several websites, and this policy applies on each of them.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Account details, such as your email address and sign-in details, or the details a sign-in provider you choose (such as Google) shares with us.
  • Content, such as the text, prompts, images and files you submit, and what you create with the Services.
  • Payment information, such as your billing details and purchase history. Card details are collected and processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Communications, such as the messages and feedback you send us.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the features you use, the dates and times of your visits, and error reports.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, as described in section 8.

Information from other sources

  • Sign-in providers, if you choose to sign in with another account.
  • Payment providers, which tell us whether a payment succeeded.
  • Public sources, such as public blockchain records linked to a wallet address you connect.

3. How we use your information

We use your information for the purposes below. Data protection law requires a legal basis for each purpose; we show it in brackets.

  • To provide the Services: to create and manage your account, carry out your requests, deliver what you create and give you support (performance of our contract with you).
  • To take payments: to bill you, process payments and keep financial records (performance of our contract, and our legal obligations).
  • To keep the Services safe: to prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents, and to enforce our Terms (our legitimate interests).
  • To improve the Services: to understand how they are used, fix problems and develop new features, including improving our models with content created on the Services (our legitimate interests). Where we offer a setting to switch this off, you will find it in your account settings.
  • To measure use with analytics cookies (your consent).
  • To communicate with you: to send service messages, such as receipts and security notices (performance of our contract), and, if you agree, news and offers, which you can unsubscribe from at any time (your consent).
  • To meet our legal obligations: to comply with the law, regulators and lawful requests from authorities (legal obligation).

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers that help us run the Services, such as cloud hosting and storage, payment processing, email delivery, analytics and AI processing. They may use your information only to provide their services to us, and they must keep it secure.
  • Other users and the public, when you choose to publish content or a profile on the Services. Transactions on a public blockchain can be seen by anyone.
  • Third parties you ask us to connect with, such as a marketplace or wallet.
  • For legal and safety reasons, where we believe disclosure is required by law, or needed to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users or others.
  • Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We will tell you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Our main service providers are Amazon Web Services, Amazon Cognito, Resend, Stripe, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Replicate, Fal, OpenSea, SentX and Pinata.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers are based, or process information, outside the UK, including in the United States and the European Economic Area. When personal information is transferred outside the UK, we make sure it is protected, for example by relying on UK adequacy regulations, or by using the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy. In general:

  • Account information and content is kept while your account is open, then deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period, unless you delete it sooner.
  • Payment and transaction records are kept for up to six years after the transaction, to meet tax and accounting rules.
  • Device and usage information is kept for a limited period, then deleted or combined so that it no longer identifies you.

We may keep information for longer where the law requires it or to resolve a dispute. Information recorded on a public blockchain cannot be changed or deleted by us or by anyone else.

7. How we protect it

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your sign-in details safe and tell us straight away if you think your account has been compromised.

8. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use two kinds:

  • Essential cookies sign you in, keep your account secure and remember your settings and cookie choices. The Services cannot work without them.
  • Analytics cookies help us understand how the Services are used. We only set them if you agree.

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of analytics cookies.

9. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate information corrected;
  • have your information deleted;
  • restrict or object to our use of your information, including for direct marketing;
  • receive your information in a portable format;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it (this does not affect anything we did before).

To use any of these rights, email support@amnt.io. We may need to confirm your identity. We will reply within one month, as the law requires. Some rights have exceptions, for example where we must keep information by law.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, although we would appreciate the chance to deal with your concern first. If you live outside the UK, you may have similar rights under your local law, and you can contact us to use them.

10. Children

The Services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Other websites

The Services may link to websites and services run by others. This policy does not apply to them, so please read their privacy policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will tell you before it takes effect, for example by email or a notice on the Services.

13. Contact us
